Nataliepicks began its online journey on March 10, 2024. From our creative workshop, we focus on producing high-quality steel metal signs designed for home decor, gifts, and personalized displays. Our collection features durable materials, precise cutting, and a range of colorful finishes to match different styles and spaces.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, please confirm that your item meets the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging (box, microfiber pouch, and certificates if applicable).
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards and "Final Sale" items are non-refundable.
Personalized & Custom-Made Jewelry
Because each piece is uniquely handcrafted to your specifications (custom names, initials, or dates):
- Errors by EmmaTailorMade: If we made a mistake in the engraving or design, we will provide a 100% free replacement or full refund.
- Customer Errors: We cannot offer refunds if the customer provided the wrong spelling or size. Please double-check your customization details before placing an order.
Damages and Issues (Inspection)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@nataliepicks.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item. Note: You must provide clear photos of the defect and the shipping label to help us process your claim within 48 hours.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective Items: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a fee to put the item back into our inventory.
Refund Process
- Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
