  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Transit Time: 4 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (total)
  • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier logistics.

Shipping Destinations and Costs

To keep things simple and transparent:

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Cost: Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Partners

Shipping Issues & Delays

EmmaTailorMade is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Unclaimed packages resulting in returns.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

  • For damaged packages: Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.
  • For lost packages: Check the tracking status and wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before arrival.
